  • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to integrate systems seamlessly, ensuring optimal performance and reliability.
  • Security: Implement and maintain security best practices, including regular system updates, patches, and vulnerability assessments.
  • Monitoring: Utilize monitoring tools to proactively identify and address potential issues, ensuring the continuous availability of systems.

Requirements:

  • Experience: Proven experience as a Windows Systems Architect, with a focus on system design.
  • Design Skills: Demonstrated ability to design and document complex Windows-based systems.
  • Technical Proficiency: Strong knowledge of Windows Server operating systems, Active Directory, Group Policy, and Power Shell scripting.
  • Problem-Solving: Excellent troubleshooting skills with the ability to analyze and resolve system issues efficiently.
  • Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey technical information to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Team Player: Ability to collaborate effectively with team members and other departments.
  • Certifications: Relevant certifications, such as MCSE, are a plus.
