THE COMPANY

Surrounded by Sydney's iconic attractions, our client boasts a very attractive sales incentive program, international career progression, fantastic benefits and great facilities. They are currently seeking a talented HOTEL BDM to manage their Corporate & Groups clients.

THE ROLE

  • Meet and exceed sales targets within allocated regions and accounts
  • Expand and fulfill strategic plans to achieve sales targets and increase customer base
  • Develop and maintain solid, long-term customer relationships
  • Oversee site inspections and client entertainment on and off property
  • Attend trade events and networking engagements

WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED

  • Sales experience representing a 5 star hotel, or working with a TMC or DMC
  • Proven ability to develop business opportunities via extensive industry contacts
  • Strong organisational, interpersonal, relationship management, influencing and negotiation skills
  • Drive and ambition to meet tight deadlines whilst managing multiple projects at the same time
  • Flawless communication and presentation skills
