Job Title: Luxury Hotel Captain

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Luxury Hotel Captain to join our team at Fairmont Chateau Whistler. As a Luxury Hotel Captain, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests and ensuring that their stay with us is nothing short of perfect.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead service in the Fairmont Gold Lounge and ensure that menu and food presentation meet Fairmont Gold standards
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with guests to ensure loyalty and repeat business
  • Provide exceptional information to guests about local attractions and activities
  • Assist guests with hotel facilities and services
  • Ensure that all guests receive a warm and welcoming experience

Requirements:

  • Previous customer service experience, preferably in a supervisory role
  • Food Safe Certification and Serving It Right Qualification
  • Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills
  • Highly responsible and reliable
