About the role

As a Bitumen and Pavement Repair Driver you will be part of the Works and Field Services team and will be responsible for the operation of machinery and undertake detailed maintenance of Roads and Drainage assets to Council Standards.


Some of your key responsibilities will include:

  • Operate plant and equipment within licence requirements, manufacturer's specifications and to Council standards
  • Ensure continuous improvement of services provided by liaising and providing feedback to the Team Supervisor
  • Participate in the development of a Teamwork Plan and key performance indicators in consultation with the Team Supervisor and contribute to agreed outcomes, responsibilities and accountable.

About you
To be successful in this role you will have:

  • An excellent fit with our values of communication, collaboration, integrity, efficiency, and leadership
  • Current C / MR class drivers' licence
  • Statements of Attainment for the competencies, or appropriate National Qualification Certificates covering these duties, or evidence of proficiency (equivalent knowledge and experience).
A pre-employment medical will be required for this role (including drug and alcohol testing)

This is a permanent full-time role at Level with a salary package commencing at $61,428 plus superannuation of up to 12.25%.
