Role Overview

We are in search of an experienced Operations Manager to join our team in Greensborough. The ideal candidate will ensure the successful completion of construction projects within deadlines, budget constraints, and with top-quality standards, playing a crucial role in project coordination and leadership from start to finish.

Main Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with subcontractors to estimate project costs and manage resources effectively.
  • Develop and monitor project budgets, track expenses, and implement strategies to enhance project profitability.
  • Generate detailed cost breakdowns and estimates, negotiate contracts, and uphold quality standards.
  • Work closely with project managers to establish timelines, schedule tasks, and coordinate materials and contractors efficiently.
  • Ensure the proper tracking of safety documentation using 1Breadcrumb.

Requirements

  • Demonstrated proficiency in operations management, task-driven with strong computer skills.
  • Proven track record as an Operations Manager overseeing construction projects from start to finish.
  • Highly organized with excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Thorough understanding of construction practices, materials, and regulations.
  • Problem-solving abilities and sound decision-making skills.
