About the Opportunity

This is a six-month fixed term contract, commencing in October, offering a unique chance to join Dexus' Asset Marketing team as a Marketing Manager.

As a key member of the team, you will play a critical role in developing and implementing marketing strategies across development projects, leasing campaigns, and pitches and bids, covering Office, Industrial, Infrastructure, and Healthcare asset classes.

Partnering with senior stakeholders, you will be a trusted advisor to the business, working to deliver high-profile campaigns and projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute fully integrated B2B campaigns to position Dexus assets and projects as the first choice for customers and partners.
  • Own and deliver high-profile bids and pitches, ensuring strategic objectives are clearly defined.
  • Collaborate with external agencies to ensure every brief is interrogated, and target markets and segmentation are clearly defined.
  • Deliver premium quality outputs, utilising and analysing data and insights to measure campaign effectiveness and adjust and optimise.
About You

We are seeking an experienced Marketing Manager with recent, relevant asset marketing experience, who can demonstrate creative approaches to campaigns, exceptional attention to detail, and project management capabilities.

  • Tertiary qualifications in Marketing or a related discipline.
  • Demonstrated experience in successfully driving new B2B marketing campaigns and projects.
  • Ability to develop and implement marketing and communications programs working with various stakeholders across the organisation.
  • Demonstrated understanding of brand, creative, PR, social, media, and digital performance.
