About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Legal Specialist to join our team at Online Marketing Gurus. As a key member of our in-house legal team, you will play a critical role in supporting our business growth and success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide legal advice and guidance to our business leaders and teams on a range of matters, including contract management, employee relations, and compliance.
  • Develop and implement effective legal and compliance strategies to mitigate risks and ensure regulatory compliance.
  • Collaborate with our sales and vendor management teams to negotiate and draft contracts, agreements, and other legal documents.
  • Conduct thorough reviews of contracts, agreements, and other legal documents to ensure compliance with our policies and procedures.
  • Provide training and support to our teams on legal and compliance matters.
Requirements
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Strong knowledge of contract law, employment law, and compliance regulations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with our business leaders and teams.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Highly proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel.
