About the company:

A global manufacturing organisation renowned for its superior customer service and a culture that values its people. Due to growth, we are seeking a Field Sales Representative to join their team.

About the role:


Reporting to the National Key Account Manager, you will represent the brand to retail customers and store owners, building solid and trusted relationships.

Your enthusiasm will shine as you implement sales solutions. You will enjoy being on the road and have the independence and initiative to excel in this role.

Duties:

  • Research and plan customer visits
  • Optimise sales and performance by building solid and longlasting relationships
  • Provide ongoing training to retailers
  • Collect market information and build a database
  • Manage followups for customers and deliver vital customer service
  • Handle merchandising elements such as product distribution and positioning

Skills and Experience:

  • Previous experience working within the trade sector would be advantageous
  • You're a relationshipbuilder by nature and enjoy being facetoface with your customers
  • You flourish in environments where you have goals that need to be met
  • Given the autonomous nature of this role, you're comfortable working independently
  • You have a previous experience in meeting and exceeding targets
  • A valid driver's license is required
