Role Overview:

As a Commercial Property Sales Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in crafting our investment strategies on a national scale

Your responsibilities will encompass:

  • Strategic asset positioning of investments
  • Analysing and maintaining the transaction database
  • Analysing sales and leasing transactions
  • Indepth understanding and research of submarkets within investment markets
  • Preparation and assessment of financials
  • Creating submissions, presentations, marketing materials, and more
  • Cultivating and nurturing relationships with property professionals locally and nationally
  • Conducting comprehensive market research, including demographics and macroeconomic factors
  • Coordinating NIS portfolio auctions with offices in Sydney and Brisbane
  • Providing analytics and support to Partners and sales agents
  • Contributing to the national analyst team's growth

Foundation for Success:

  • Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business, or a closely related field.
  • General understanding of, and passion for, property.
  • Outstanding attention to detail and strong numeracy skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word.
  • Team player with strong organisational and collaboration skills.
  • Quick learner with selfmotivation and a desire to advance their career.
