About the role
This is a fantastic opportunity for an administrative superstar with a focus on creating excellent guest experiences to take their career to the next level - and at top tier international law firm

An Australian Government security clearance (or the ability to obtain clearance) will be highly regarded.

The day to day will involve:

  • Assisting the Business Services & Hospitality Manager in daily coordination and management of business operational activities
  • Creating staff rosters ensuring appropriate coverage at all times
  • Processing visitor requests and preparing for arrivals
  • Coordinating weekly and larger ad hoc staff moves and relocations
  • Ensuring seating allocation plans are accurate and up to date
  • Conducting Business Services inductions to all new starters
  • Processing of invoices
  • Liaising with contracted suppliers regarding stock management and rectifying issues
  • Processing document production requests (copy, scan, finishing etc) mail and couriers
  • Assistance with archiving and records management
  • Meeting internal and external customer expectations and company goals
  • Assisting with meeting room set ups
  • Providing support and back up cover to reception and clerks when required

What experience are we looking for?

  • Administration or office coordination experience
  • Australian Government security clearance (or the ability to obtain) desirable
  • A commitment to exceptional customer service
  • Demonstrated experience working in team environments leadership experience highly regarded
  • Excellent communication, organisational and prioritisation skills
  • Experience in coordinating logistics
  • A positive, cando attitude
  • High attention to detail
  • Driven, proactive and resultsoriented
  • Maintains a good relationship with both internal and external clients
  • Good time management skills in order to meet deadlines
  • Experience using Microsoft Office suite
  • Demonstrates team collaboration
  • A flexible attitude towards duties and be available to work reasonable additional hours if required
