We're hiring a Flex Sales Representative to drive the growth and success of our client's Flex Centres by expanding our potential customer base, fostering strong relationships with potential customers, and achieving sales targets.


The role will positively contribute to driving business sales opportunities to the JLL Flex Centres to boost commitment, occupancy and performance through the generation of leads and their conversion to sales and licence commitment.

Thus, this role is responsible for managing leads, qualifying prospects, coordinating tours, generating proposals and securing customer commitments.


The target market sector and focus of each Centre may differ, and so the role will focus market cohorts that may include multinational corporations, small to medium enterprises, start-ups, collectives and entrepreneurs.

The role will serve as an ambassador to promote and profile our capabilities, the Centres, and our service offerings.

Specific Accountabilities:

Qualify leads based on specific criteria to identify potential opportunities and prioritise them accordingly based on the target customer base of each site

Input lead information and interactions into the CRM system in an accurate and timely manner

Schedule and coordinate tours of client sites, ensuring a positive and memorable experience for prospective customers

Collaborate with the Sales Lead to identify process improvements and opportunities

Employ strong negotiation techniques to finalise favourable terms and pricing for both the customer and the client.

Support the Sales Lead in monitoring the flexible workspace market and to diligently collate research for competitor analysis.

An ongoing appetite and willingness to learn all about coworking, flexible spaces and commercial real estate will see you thrive in the role for the long term


You have proven experience in a sales-oriented role (from the real estate, property, or flexible workspace industry being preferred but not essential), with a strong track record of achieving sales targets and KPIs.


Superior communication both written and verbal will be essential, and you can effectively negotiate to secure favourable terms and pricing during contract discussions.


Furthermore, you'll have high attention to detail, superior organisation skills with a customer-focused mindset and passion for providing outstanding experiences.
