What this job involves:

We're looking for a Sales & Marketing Representative to drive the growth and success of our client's Flex Centres. You will focus on expanding the customer base and fostering strong relationships with potential customers across our centres. You will assist in generating and executing local area marketing initiatives to ensure constant and quality lead flow across multiple locations, each with a unique brand and target audience.

A snapshot of the role:

  • Assist the Sales Lead in facilitating a smooth sales process across all locations, by providing support to onsite teams as needed
  • Collaborate with the Sales Lead to identify process improvements and opportunities
  • Keep abreast of market trends in the flexible workspace industry
  • Coordinate with Sales Lead in creating tactical go-to-market strategies to increase exposure and drive sales demand
  • Utilise creative content creation, copywriting and scheduling to enhance campaign success

An ongoing appetite and willingness to learn all about coworking, flexible spaces and commercial real estate will see you thrive in the role for the long term

You have proven experience in a sales-oriented role (from the real estate, property, or flexible workspace industry being preferred but not essential), with a strong track record of achieving sales targets and KPIs.

Superior communication both written and verbal will be essential, and you can effectively negotiate to secure favourable terms and pricing during contract discussions.

Furthermore, you'll have high attention to detail, superior organisation skills with a customer-focused mindset and passion for providing outstanding experiences.
