Snapshot of the role:
As a Business Development Representative (BDR), you will be the face (and voice) of JLLT, driving growth and building relationships with prospective clients.
You will be responsible for identifying and qualifying new business opportunities, developing a deep understanding of our solutions, and nurturing leads through the sales cycle.
Key Responsibilities:
Growing pipeline for your territory in close partnership with sellers
Partnering with marketing to execute on lead-generation strategies (i.e. webinars, campaigns, events & tradeshows)
Researching and understanding organisations and the relevant personas you will target
Learning and comfortably explaining JLLT's value proposition to prospects
Maintaining accurate and insightful records within the CRM system, and reporting out on your business when required
Here's what we're looking for:
1-2 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field
Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
Ability to travel for events/ tradeshows as required
Competent working with Microsoft Office:
Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc
Experience with Salesforce (or a comparable CRM system)
Knowledge of the real estate industry is a plus
