As a Clinical Advisor, you'll be part of a high-performing team in Melbourne. Utilize your expertise in injury management to guide the claims team towards early return to work outcomes.

This is a permanent, full-time position based in Melbourne, offering work-from-home flexibility.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Collaborate with Claims Managers to assess treatment management areas for enhancement
  • Identify and assist Claims Operations team members in overcoming barriers for early return to work
  • Support injury management initiatives and vocational rehabilitation programs
  • Advise Claims Operations team on suitable treatment services for claims management
  • Develop a robust partnership with the Regulator

ABOUT YOU

  • Required: Allied Health qualification and experience
  • Thorough knowledge of Victorian work cover legislation and relevant regulations
  • Background in injury and strategic claims management in insurance settings
  • Experience in communication with treatment providers
  • Strong stakeholder management and negotiation capabilities
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Proven track record in achieving business objectives
