As a Clinical PracticeAdvisor (CPA) specialising in adults, your role will involve working on anational level. You will be responsible for providing support, mentoring, andtraining to our team of Speech

Pathologists who eitherhave adult clients with specific needs or are interested in enhancing theirskillset. Your expertise will be delivered through various mediums such asphone, face to face, and video conferencing. It is essential that you possess strongleadership skills and excellent communication abilities. Your passion forassisting both your team members and the community will be a driving force inyour role.

Located in one of our DeerPark, Bundoora, Ringwood, Dandenong or Cheltenham office, and operating under ahighly adaptable working structure, the CPA Adult SP position will oversee anindependent clinical caseload and deliver clinical training and mentoring toSpeech Pathologists across the country. Utilising advanced professionalexpertise and discernment, this role will offer assistance for intricateclinical caseloads. Additionally, it is responsible for offering top-notchclinical supervision to a driven team in Melbourne.

About You

We like to keep an openmind when it comes to bringing therapists on board With that being said, thereare a few requirements for the role, which are:

  • Tertiaryqualifications in Speech Pathology
  • 5+years' experience within the community sector
  • Advancedknowledge in Adults
  • Experiencewith developing and/or delivering clinical education to health professionals
  • Experiencewith clinical supervision, particularly for Early Career Therapists
  • Capacityto apply high-level professional skills and judgement to complex clinicalcaseloads
  • SPARegistration
  • NDISWC/ WWCC (or willingness to apply)
  • Current Australian driver's licence and able to travelwith your own vehicle
