Onelove Community and Health Care Services are seeking experienced Mental Health and Disability support Workers who can offer an above and beyond services who are reliable, caring, and professional.

Onelove Community and Health Care services is an advocate of mental health awareness and a NDIS services provider who works with NDIS participants and their families.

You will be required to visit clients at home or take participants out into the community.

Position Description
Provide Support to NDIS participants to Access community Programs and Recreation Facilities

Provide support for people with physical, intellectual, and psychosocial mental health disabilities.

Have strong interpersonal skills such as problem-solving and knowledge sharing skills.

Have a friendly and positive attitude and willing to participate within a caring team environment.

Lifestyle needs - assisting with making and attending medical appointments, travel to shopping centre and help with shopping.

Requirements:

Preferred to hold relevant Certificates in Mental Health, Individual Support,and Disability and at least 12-months relevant experience OR 2-years full-time experience working in the disability/mental health sector

Driver Licence (preferred)
