Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement comprehensive treatment plans tailored to the needs of consumers.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care coordination.
- Provide education and support to consumers, families, and carers.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of mental health services and programs.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A recognised Allied Health qualification within a relevant profession.
- Eligibility for full membership of a relevant Professional Association.
- Registration as a Nurse with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia (for RN/M2C classification).
