As a full-time or part-time Outpatient Therapist, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality care to our clients. Responsibilities- Evaluate mental health diagnoses and create personalized treatment plans.
- Provide excellent customer service and collaborate with our team to achieve our mission.
- Utilize creativity and evidence-based interventions to help clients achieve their goals.
- Attend and participate in clinical staff meetings and training sessions.
- Master's degree in a behavioral science or related field from an accredited institution.
- Clinical licensure or licensure track for LMFT, LPCC, LICSW, LP, or equivalent.
- Experience with completing DAs, treatment plans, and clinical case notes.
- Passion for topics such as EMDR, DBT, CBT, and other evidence-based therapies.
- Ability to demonstrate stable boundaries with clients and work effectively in a team environment.
- Proficiency in Office 365 and EHR systems, including co-payment collection.
