Purpose of the role

Are you passionate about workforce planning and good with data analysis? We have an exciting role dedicated to analysing workforce data and research, identifying trends and gaps, and collaborating with stakeholders to align workforce strategies with organisational goals.

The Strategic Workforce Planning Coordinator also develops and maintains reporting frameworks to track and measure workforce performance and effectiveness. Today, we are a registered NDIS provider offering integrated clinical, health, social and disability services in accommodation, community participation, supported employment and support coordination services in the Greater Sydney and in Northern Rivers regions in NSW.


About the role

  • This role is a Full-Time contract role until December 202
  • Utilise analytics tools and techniques to maintain and improve workforce reporting framework to meet business unit requirements.
  • Coordinate multiple simultaneous projects and ad hoc customer requests to meet client requirements.
  • Lead external reporting of workforce data (WGEA, NDS etc), including collecting data from other divisions and communicating results
  • Take a continuous improvement mindset to all regular and ad hoc work requests to continue to improve on the maturity and use of the workforce analysis.
  • Build strong working relationships with a diverse range of internal stakeholders across all business units, including executives and other senior management, to ensure the information and insights provided meet their requirements.

About you

  • Strong data analysis and reporting skills designing reports and manipulating data in Excel to identify insights.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret workforce trends from multiple data sources.
  • Good understanding of workforce trends and regulations and ability to research to maintain current knowledge of trends, opportunities and risks in general market, sector or organisation.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to build relationships and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels and write clear reports that align to the audience.
  • Great organisational skills with the ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Tertiary qualifications or equivalent experience in understanding people data analysis and reporting
