About the role


You will work in a fast paced, in and out of the office as well as working with and around vehicles, you will be adding value to monthly reports and providing customer service.


Key Responsibilities

  • Arrange the for the fleet servicing, repairs to vehicles, insurance claims, Cleaning of pool vehicles,
  • Input appropriate data into spreadsheets for analysis by Fleet Manager.
  • Administer the online vehicle booking system.
  • Ensure the GH motor vehicle database is maintained in an accurate manner, including undertaking analysis and reporting on fleet management issues
  • Wash and Vaccuum GH vehicles and maintain good presentation of fleet vehicles
  • In the event of an accident involving a GH motor vehicle, organise completion of the motor vehicle insurance claim form and coordinate the vehicle repair.
  • Administer the car parking computer system including the boom gates, collection of monies, security, ticket machines, access for contractors and staff.
  • Annual audit of vehicle fire blankets, extinguishers and first aid kits
  • Ensure staff car parking report is prepared on a weekly basis and forwarded to payroll for deduction from staff salaries.
  • Manage day to day operation of car park including occupancy, new card access, maintenance, cleaning, intercom calls, and reporting.

Skills and experience

  • Current Victorian drivers license
