The Company

Leading digitally driven business dedicated to innovation and excellence. As they expand, we are looking for a dynamic and experienced IT Project Manager to support JDE upgrade projects.

The Role

We are seeking a highly skilled IT Project Manager with expertise in ERP projects, preferably with JD Edwards (JDE) experience (but not essential). The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and managing a range of upgrades to JDE, ensuring successful delivery within scope, timeline, and budget. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure ERP systems meets business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage ERP upgrade project, focusing on JD Edwards.
  • Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.
  • Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets, and manage resources effectively.
  • Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects.
  • Ensure projects are delivered on-time, within scope, and within budget.
  • Perform risk management to minimize project risks and proactively address issues.
  • Manage changes to project scope, schedule, and costs using appropriate verification techniques.
  • Communicate project status, progress, and challenges to stakeholders and senior management.
  • Ensure quality assurance and overall integrity of the project.
  • Lead post-implementation reviews and ensure that lessons learned are documented and applied.

Canaidte Experience

  • Strong Project Management experience
  • Experience working ERP projects (JD Edwards preferred if possible but not essential)
  • Strong commercial awareness and stakeholder engagement skills
