This hotel will showcase the next generation of Mercure hotels, showcasing elegance, sophistication and convenience in an untouched pocket of the Eastern Suburbs.


Food & Beverage is the hero of this hotel with a stand alone restaurant and conference center which will offer both guests and team members a diverse array of experiences.


THE ROLE


The Banquets Supervisor will be responsible for the management of all the facets of the Events and Banquets operations of the hotel.

Lead and manage associates on shift, delegate tasks accordingly, and ensure that operational standards and procedures are followed and hotel policies are adhered to.


Ultimately the role will involve creating an energetic and engaging environment where team members and guests can connect over great events and fantastic food & beverage.


The role will offer extensive training and development in order to set you up for future career moves throughout Accor globally.


Daily responsibilities will include supervising, training and supporting team members in order to jointly deliver amazing experiences for our guests.

Simultaneously, you will be involved in rostering team members, writing policies and procedures along with budgeting and analysing performance.


This is the role that will fast track your progression on to a Senior Management role in Food and Beverage.
