The facility offers:
- Largescale theatrical performances and intimate shows across two theatres
- A functions centre with banquet style seating up to 300 people and auxiliary meeting rooms
- Local festivals in the natural amphitheatre Community classes in purposebuilt spaces

The role:
The Function Supervisor will be the shift supervisor during functions and events. They will be responsible for ensuring a welcoming environment and the smooth operation of events at The Round. They will ensure a high-quality customer service is provided to clients, guests, patrons and hirers.
About you:
- Knowledge and skills in providing a highquality customer experience in a functions environment.
- Demonstrated ability to supervise staff.
- Very good verbal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with staff, customers, and hirers.
- Welldeveloped daytoday decision making skills. Welldeveloped skills in conflict resolution.
