About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Martech Manager - Audience & Measurement to join our growing team at TPG Telecom Group. As a key member of our Martech and Decisioning team, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our marketing technology roadmap and driving the delivery of impactful initiatives to enhance audience insights and marketing effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and Execute Strategies: Develop and execute strategies to optimize our Audience & Measurement capabilities, considering factors such as platform best practices, emerging market trends, channel effectiveness, and key business KPIs.
  2. Leverage Marketing Technology Tools: Leverage your deep knowledge of marketing technology tools, platforms, and systems to recommend and implement solutions that enhance marketing capabilities and drive efficiencies.
  3. Design and Implement Data Collection Strategies: Design and support the implementation of data collection strategies, across both website and app analytics, to enhance our Audience & Measurement capabilities.
  4. Define and Segment Target Audiences: Define and segment target audiences for paid advertising based on key data points.
  5. Manage and Develop Integration of Marketing Data: Manage and develop the integration of marketing data from various sources, such as CRM systems, customer data platforms, marketing automation platforms, and analytics tools.
  6. Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including marketing and digital, to align marketing technology initiatives with business goals.
  7. Develop and Implement Data Governance Practices: Develop and implement data governance practices to ensure data accuracy, consistency, and compliance with privacy regulations.
About You
  1. Education and Experience: Minimum Bachelor's or master's degree in marketing, computer science, engineering, or artificial intelligence, or related field. A highly technical, hands-on, motivated, and collaborative individual with exceptional communication skills and proven experience working with diverse teams of technical architects, business users, and IT teams.
  2. Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of marketing and advertising technology landscape, including DSPs, ad servers, digital analytics & tools, tag management, customer data platforms, and content management systems. Experience with Google Marketing Platform suite, GCP, BigQuery, Looker Studio, Tealium, and Segment is highly regarded.
  3. Project Management Skills: Proven ability to manage complex projects from inception to completion, ensuring adherence to deadlines and budgets through skilled project planning, resource allocation, risk mitigation, and stakeholder management.
  4. Measurement Frameworks: Possesses a strong understanding of measurement frameworks, including attribution modeling, incrementality studies, and A/B testing, to effectively measure campaign performance and optimization strategies.
