Our memberships base spans over 4,000 customers, with a further 7,000 people actively involved across UQ's 35+ sporting clubs.

Our not-for-profit organisation delivers almost 400 diverse programs to UQ students, staff and alumni, as well as the general public, across the University's St Lucia and Gatton campuses.


ABOUT THIS OPPORTUNITY:

In this role you will:

  • Be dedicated to excellent customer service
  • Provide information about UQ Sport products and services
  • Assist with customer queries and troubleshoot solutions
  • Coordinate Open/Close preparations for the fields for sporting events and training sessions
  • Any other duties to assist the Fields and Sport Coordination Teams

To be successful in this role you will:

  • Have previous experience in Customer Service experience
  • Have previous work experience in sporting fields, facilities and events
- highly desirable

  • Be highly motivated, outgoing and energetic with excellent communication skills.
  • Hold current first aid and CPR certification
  • Have a valid Blue Card
