We're Queensland's largest multi-sport facility and have Athletics, Aquatic, Tennis and Fitness Centres, as well as grass and synthetics playing fields, indoor and outdoor multi-sport courts, function spaces and retail outlets.

Our memberships base spans over 4,000 customers, with a further 7,000 people actively involved across UQ's 35+ sporting clubs.

ABOUT THIS OPPORTUNITY:


Are you dedicated to delivering exceptional customer service and enthusiastic about fostering swimming skills in both children and adults? If so, this is a unique and enjoyable opportunity for you We are seeking a dynamic individual who can inspire and energize others, collaborate effectively within a team, and possesses a genuine passion for imparting learn-to-swim programs.


IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL:

  • Develop and deliver engaging swimming lessons that enhance swimmers' abilities and boost confidence.
  • Provide constructive feedback and progress updates to students.
  • Showcase a demonstrated ability to connect and collaborate with colleagues, fostering effective teamwork.
  • Contribute to and cultivate a positive team culture.

TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL:

  • Demonstrated experience in delivering Learn-to-Swim lessons.

_AUSTSWIM Teacher of Swimming and Water Safety certificate or equivalent

  • Blue Card.
  • First Aid and CPR certificate.
  • Availability throughout the week will put you in better standing for consistant, ongoing hours or permanent opportunities
