New South Wales Metroplex.

Your Opportunity:


The Regional Managers within the business are ultimately responsible for the general operations of their area and everything that falls within that category.

Our Regional Management team across the country work closely with our operations teams in driving customer service levels, operational excellence and business consistency.

This role is ultimately responsible for the smooth daily running of operational branches and the teams within, with a strong focus on customer experience internally and externally, financial targets, business KPI's and strategic business development and expansion of our businesses and locations.

Facilitating and fostering internal and external relationships is an essential part of the role.

You will be responsible for:

  • Managing the overall daily operations business and working regularly with the Area and Branch Managers to remove any operational roadblocks
  • Ensuring a high standard of fleet to our customers and driving profitability by maximising levels of utilisation
  • Leading the development of best practice standards across the operations teams, and delivering business cases for identified opportunities
  • Mentoring and coaching the operations teams to achieve and exceed business KPI's for utilisation, rental days, and customer experience scores
  • Operational productivity people costs and transactions per head
  • Proactively seeking ways to improve processes, reduce costs and streamline operations
  • Building and maintaining relationships with internal and external customers
