About the Role:

2K is seeking a highly skilled Regional Strategy Manager to join our team in Australia and New Zealand. As a key member of our global marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive strategies to drive market share and revenue growth across the ANZ region.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify cultural events and insights to inform regional marketing strategies and maximize commercial opportunities.
  • Collaborate with business unit marketing teams to ensure global campaign strategies align with regional growth objectives.
  • Brief agencies and develop paid and organic planning, including media, local partnerships, and events.
  • Track campaign performance and escalate any concerns.
  • Communicate and collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment and support for regional initiatives.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in regional marketing and campaign planning.
  • Strong understanding of the ANZ market and cultural nuances.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
