The Opportunity:

We currently have a great opportunity for someone to join our APAC HR team. This is a 10 week casual assignment, filling in for a team member while they're on leave. While in the role, you would provide all round HR Administrative support.

You will enjoy a variety of work where no one day will be the same.

You will be able to use your current HR and admin skills while developing a broader range of HR knowledge.

Handover and training will be provided.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Broad generalist administration tasks.
  • Managing the onboarding of new starters.
  • Provision of admin and coordination for the HR function such as reporting, contract, and variation creation.
  • Payroll backup and assistance.

Knowledge, skills, and abilities we're looking for:

  • Previous experience in HR administration is desirable.
  • A qualification in HR of some kind.
  • Welldeveloped administration skills including strong attention to detail and timeframes.
  • The ability to take initiative, prioritise and manage day to day workload.
  • Professional communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proficiency in a HRIS system and MS Office.
  • The ability to work collaboratively as a team and autonomously.
