**YOUR ROLE**

As a HR Advisor based from our Truganina VIC head office (hybrid working), you'll provide critical support to CEVA’s Australia & New Zealand operations on employee / industrial relations matters, performance management and other activities across the employee lifecycle.The role delivers practical and commercial solutions, aligned with legislation, leading practice and business objectives.**WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?**

Specifically, you will:
- Provide support to managers and employees by advising on policies and procedures, as well as HR operations
- Coach managers through lower-level ER/IR cases, including grievances and disciplinary action, and escalate where appropriate
- HR Administration, including generating HR metrics and reporting and supporting with contract and letter generation
- Facilitating training sessions for managers on relevant HR processes as required
- Interpret, communicate and enhance policies, practices, procedures, and work instructions in line with relevant employment legislation and business practices
- Support the GM HR with a broad range of HR projects
- Provide general administrative support to HR operations, as required.

**WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?**- Knowledge of relevant employment legislation, practices and processes
- Excellent customer, communication, influencing and negotiating skills
- Ability to troubleshoot and diagnose problems, know when to seek advice, suggest solutions or escalate as required
- Ability to interpret and communicate HR policy, procedure and practice
- Bonus: experience working with people management systems.
