Employing around 200 people across the UK, this impressive organisation operates in a number of sectors and offers full turnkey solutions to their vast customer base, which includes blue chip organisations such as Rolls Royce and Coca Cola.

This Mechanical Supervisor role will sit with their HVAC division, which offers end-to-end services from manufacturing to installation of bespoke HVAC and piping systems.

The successful Mechanical Supervisor will be based out of the LEEDSoffice, but will frequently be required to travel across the UK for site visits and client meetings.


Key Responsibilities of the Mechanical Supervisor will include:
Travelling across the UK to a variety of different sites & facilities to contribute to the accurate installation & commissioning of bespoke HVAC, process and piping products
Overseeing the overall fit-out of HVAC projects, including Health & Safety activities, including RAMs, Site Inductions, Toolbox Talks and Plant Inspections
Appropriate deployment of labour (employed and sub-contracted) with a view of ensuring that project progress schedules are achieved
Accurately completing a variety of documents & reports throughout the entire project
For the Mechanical Supervisor, we are keen to receive applications from individuals who possess:
Formal qualifications within a relevant discipline Welding/Fabrication, Heating & Ventilation etc.
(Apprenticeship, NVQ/City & Guilds/BTEC Level 3, HNC, HND for example) AND ideally a CSCS Gold Card
Previous experience working in a similar role, within a HVAC or piping installation focused organisation
Strong leadership skills with the ability to clearly communicate with customers, suppliers, colleagues and sub-contractors
Working Hours of the Mechanical Supervisor:45 Hours per week, spread across a day shift pattern
Monday to Thursday - 06:30 to 17:00

Friday - 06:30 to 12:00

In return, the Mechanical Supervisor will receive:
Annual Salary: 47, per hour)

Company Vehicle (Van)
Holiday Allowance: 35 Days including public holidays
Statutory Company Pension Scheme
