About Our Client:
Our client, a leading provider of project and development management services, specialises in high-end residential properties, commercial buildings, medium to high-density apartments, subdivisions, mixed-use developments, industrial spaces, retail, and hospitality projects. They are committed to excellence and setting industry standards.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee all project phases from planning to handover.
  • Act as the primary client liaison.
  • Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors.
  • Manage project budgets and schedules.
  • Ensure quality control and risk management.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in project/development management.
  • Proven experience across the entire lifecycle of projects.
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering, or related field.
  • Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple projects.
  • In-depth understanding of construction and development processes.
