About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Development Manager to lead multiple building projects from approvals through to delivery and marketing.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead project management efforts from concept to completion.
  • Ensure that all design, approvals, and construction phases are executed according to schedule, quality, and budget.
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders, including architects, engineers, contractors, and local authorities.
  • Drive the sales and marketing strategy to ensure commercial success.
  • Provide leadership in overcoming challenges during the delivery of projects.
Requirements
  • Minimum 8 years relevant experience.
  • Proven track record of working with head contractors, ideally starting on the construction side before transitioning to the client-side as a Project Manager.
  • Strong understanding of the full development lifecycle, including design, approvals, construction, and marketing.
  • Exceptional stakeholder management skills and the ability to lead and motivate project teams.
  • Tertiary qualifications in property development, construction management, or a related field.
