Reporting directly into the HR Director, you will manage a team of three with responsibilities across Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development and Organisational Development.
With overall responsibility for the learning and development function, you will oversee leadership development programmes and manage the annual talent review cycle.
You will have responsibility for embedding a culture of continuous improvement across the learning team, ensuring the function is fit for purpose.
You will also have a hand in developing the organisations capability, ensuring regularly reviews of the organisations skills matrix and identifying any capability requirements in partnership with senior managers.
You will have strategic oversight of the talent acquisition function, overseeing the management of appropriate talent pipelines and ensuring an efficient recruitment service across the business.
THE CRITERIA
To be considered for this role, you must have extensive experience People Leadership with solid experience across talent acquisition and learning and development functions.
Your strategic thinking capability and strong influencing skills, along with your collaborative and pragmatic approach will be critical your success.
You will operate collaboratively and be able to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels. You will have excellent verbal and written communication skills with relevant tertiary qualifications in HR or OD.
While not a mandatory requirement for this role, experience in the insurance industry is desired as you will need to demonstrate an understanding of the industry's regulatory environment.
