Guide our business through the adoption of a new software platform to make a difference in the lives of our staff and the people they care for.

Your role:

  • Lead business processes and identify areas for optimization and transformation
  • Focus on aligning business processes with strategic objectives
  • Manage the implementation strategy and coordinate activities
  • Develop and deliver targeted training materials
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders to foster effective teamwork
  • Lead change management efforts and monitor adoption of new processes
  • Provide ongoing support and drive continuous improvement efforts
  • Advocate for high-quality standards and continuous improvement
  • Advise on best practices in change and transformation processes

About you:

You have a proven track record in managing complex business transformation projects, especially technical integrations.

You will have exceptional communication skills and be able to manage stakeholders at various levels.

Important qualifications and experience:

  • Degree or postgraduate qualification in Information Technology, Business, or related discipline
  • Change Management certification
  • Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or higher
  • Proficiency in process design, particularly BPMN 2.0
  • Current driver's license
  • Five years' experience in roles focused on business transformation or process improvement
  • Experience with business process reengineering and workflow analysis
