Senior Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Senior Support Technician to join our team at Churches of Christ in Queensland. As a key member of our Service Desk team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional technical support to our staff, ensuring seamless delivery of our services.
Key Responsibilities- Resolve Level 1 and 2 service requests from staff at all levels, utilizing your technical expertise and problem-solving skills.
- Monitor open Service Desk requests and track their progress, ensuring timely resolution and customer satisfaction.
- Install, modify, and repair computer hardware and software, as well as run diagnostic programs to resolve complex issues.
- Develop how-to guides and coach fellow service desk staff in configuration/support processes, promoting knowledge sharing and best practices.
- Participate in the On Call Roster, providing 24/7 support to our staff and ensuring business continuity.
- Experience in a similar role using Microsoft Azure Active Directory and Intune, with a strong understanding of MS suite technologies.
- Commitment to delivering exceptional customer service, with a focus on building strong relationships with our staff.
- Ability to think critically and resolve complex technical issues, often with limited information.
- Capacity to work autonomously and as part of a team, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to acquire a National Police Check and Blue Card (Working with Children), as required by our organization.
