**Highlighting the importance of this role**
Working across our Churches of Christ Foundation and Accounts Payable teams, you will provide administration support to both teams. You will deal with our Churches and different individuals on a day-to-day basis. Being a small team, this role has a large impact on the success of our Foundation.
Within your varied day, you will:
- Organise and manage correspondence; collate information and contribute to preparation of reports.
- Undertake general administration duties including preparation of daily reconciliation, responding to and administering client service enquiries, general filing, processing mail and maintaining stationery supplies.
- Undertake records management, including document archiving, filing, retention and destruction.
- Maintaining daily processes within the relevant Application.
- Perform data checking of daily transactions and renegotiations of fixed term investments as part of the internal audit process.
- Verify invoices - data entry and reconcile accounts payable statements.
**What you can bring to the team**
You are a fast learner with a keen eye for detail. Working as part of a small team, you will be able to build relationships quickly. The ability to work independently as well as part of a team, will be crucial for the success of the role. You take pride in your work and are not afraid to ask questions.
Your experience and qualifications for the role should include:
- Certificate III in Business or equivalent qualification or equivalent relevant experience commensurate with role requirements.
- Two years in a similar role with similar responsibilities.
- Understanding of office administration processes and operating office equipment.
- Demonstrated ability to undertake work across a range of specialist or operational areas.
- Intermediate computer skills with the ability to use Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint.
