About the Role

The Talent Acquisition Officer will provide support to the Talent Acquisition Team as we transition to a new and more efficient operating model.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide recruitment support to the Talent Acquisition Team, including job posting, interview booking, and phone screening.
  • Ensure the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) is up-to-date and maintained.
  • Respond to candidate enquiries.
  • Monitor recruitment activities and processes: follow up with Hiring Managers to ensure progress and successful placement.
  • Assist in the research, development, and implementation of recruitment initiatives and processes, including attraction, sourcing, and advertising strategies.
  • Provide assistance to Talent Acquisition team members.

About You

You are a customer-centric professional who can manage relationships with candidates and hiring managers. You can provide a high level of customer service and support the Talent Acquisition Team.

To thrive in this role, your skills, knowledge, and experience ideally include:

  • Qualifications in Human Resources/Business or equivalent relevant experience commensurate with role requirements.
  • Two years' experience in a similar role with similar responsibilities.
  • Understanding of recruitment processes and best practice.
  • Experience using an ATS.
  • Intermediate computer skills with the ability to use Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
