Senior Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Support Technician to join our team at Churches of Christ in Queensland. As a key member of our Service Desk team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional technical support to our staff, ensuring seamless delivery of our services.
Key Responsibilities- Resolve Level 1 and 2 service requests from staff at all levels, utilizing your technical expertise and problem-solving skills.
- Monitor open Service Desk requests and track their progress, ensuring timely resolution and customer satisfaction.
- Install, modify, and repair computer hardware and software, as well as run diagnostic programs to resolve complex issues.
- Develop how-to guides and coach fellow service desk staff in configuration/support processes, promoting knowledge sharing and best practices.
- Participate in the On Call Roster, providing 24/7 support to our staff and ensuring business continuity.
We are looking for a customer-centric support desk technician with the ability to relate to team members of varying technical competence. To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Experience in a similar role using Microsoft Azure Active Directory and Intune (MS suite preferred but not essential).
- A commitment to delivering exceptional customer service and a strong ability to think on your feet to resolve service issues.
- The capability to work autonomously and in a team environment, with a strong focus on collaboration and communication.
- The ability to acquire a National Police Check and Blue Card (Working with Children), as required by our organization.
