The role


We are looking for a
General Manager, Brand & Insights to be responsible for leading the Office portfolio brand presence & differentiation in the market across target customer segments and developing customer data & insights offerings/platforms, ensuring customers are at the heart of all current and future decision making.


You will be responsible for providing brand leadership to achieve brand and commercial objectives whilst enhancing the experience for the customer both in media and within the assets.


This is a key role in the Office MCX Team, working closely with Head of Marketing & Customer to deliver key brand, marketing, digital/media programs and CRM initiatives, setting up the function for continual success.


What you will be doing

  • Creating & executing communication programs for: GPT Workplaces, GPT Space&Co & GPT DesignSuites
  • Developing a media strategy, aligned with the new brand value proposition to engage and 'make GPT famous' for 'Experience First' and its competitive portfolio of workplaces and stand out credentials in ESG.
  • Ensuring key marketing & digital KPI's including brand building metrics and lead generation are achieved
  • Managing and training external agencies, ensuring brand consistency across the portfolio.
  • Using insights to drive and develop customer focused strategies to enhance the digital and inasset experience working with the Customer Experience Manager and Asset Teams to implement new customer focused initiatives that are data driven
  • Building a wholistic understanding of customers and leveraging relevant technology/CRM platforms (ie: Salesforce) to develop a 'single source of truth'
  • Coaching and upskilling Brand & Insights team, especially in digital media & insights development
  • Managing marketing budgets efficiently, ensuring campaign spend targets are achieved.

Tertiary qualified, you will need to have experience proven experience in building brands and digital media strategies and developing creative campaigns, coupled with experience in interpreting data to create actionable customer insights.


As a great communicator, you will have the ability to engage and influence diverse stakeholder groups as well as lead and build up the teams capabilities.


You will have the capability to manage and deliver key initiatives on time and within budget and be accountable for the planning and management of budgets as well as financial forecasting.


This role would suit a customer centric Marketing leader with a strong digital media background, who is creative and solution oriented and wishes to grow their career within a leading property company.
