About the Role
- $60,000 + Super

  • Monday to Friday 8.30AM start
  • Sales and marketing support to a boutique team of reps
  • Open, close & maintain the reception area, ensuring it is clean & tidy at all times
  • Deliver 5star customer service at all times
  • Ensuring office supplies are well stocked, daily banking & mail
  • General reception duties & support with administration tasks

Skills & Experience

Real Estate administration experience essential:

  • Corporate presentation & confident demeanor
  • Excellent computing skills & attention to detail
  • Confident personality to manage enquires professionally
  • Excellent time management skills & ability to prioritise workload
  • Experience with Abode/Indesign, Excel and Docusign will be highly attractive
