Perth Recruitment Services are currently seeking an Administration Officer to join the City Properties department of a local council located in Rockingham.


Duties include:

  • Ensuring that both the lessee and lessor obligations are met
  • Assisting in monitoring the standard and performance of City property assets
  • Arranging and monitoring quotes, purchase orders, payment of invoices
  • Other leasing and administrative duties as required.

Essential Requirements

  • Relevant qualification or demonstrated experience in business administration, property or facility management or a related field e.g, real estate, legal administration.
  • Welldeveloped communication and time management skills
  • Sound problem solving and analytical skills
  • Current 'C' class Drivers Licence.
  • Current National Police Clearance
