We have an exciting opportunity for a seasoned Contracts Administration Officer to join an amazing team. Our clients are one of the local government council and they are looking for someone to join their team on 4-6 months contract Full-time basis. Reporting to the Building Operations Supervisor, the Contracts Administration Officer will be responsible for providing effective and efficient contract administrative and business support to the Operations and Fleet Services team within the Asset Services Division. Provide quality customer service to key internal and external stakeholders relating to the Operations and Fleet Services team. Support the management of contracts across the Building Maintenance team to deliver outcomes in line with contract objectives and organisational requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

- Maintain an appropriate contract management system, including updating contract information, procedures, documentation and records.
- Be the first point of call for all contract related issues for the Building Maintenance team.
- Monitor and report on the performance of contractors under the control of the Building Maintenance Team.
- Regularly liaise with contractors to work through issues and improve / maintain contractor relationships.
- Create and assign customer requests and related works where necessary.
- Administration of meetings (i.e. agendas, notes, bookings, catering etc.).
- Generation of Work Orders, Purchase Orders and CRMs as directed.
- Collation of workers compensation forms and insurance claims.
- Proactively engage with and seek regular feedback from contractors relating to current operational matters.
- Provide a consistent level of service to the Operations and Fleet Services team and customers.

- Highly developed computer literacy in the Microsoft Office suite.
- Strong written communication skills.

**Experience**:

- Experience in contract administration and management.
- Experience in office administration and business support, or a related discipline.
- Experience in supporting efficient and effective stakeholder communications.
