The Opportunity:

Veolia ANZ has a fantastic opportunity for a Program Manager to join our team based in Rocklea 4106.

As the Program Manager you will be responsible for the overall success of multiple contracts that include the delivery of pump station maintenance, Flow controls and Bypass division spanning safety, time, cost and quality.

What you'll be responsible for:

  • The delivery of all contracts and transactions within the network's pump station maintenance, Flow controls & Bypass portfolio.
  • Managing a diverse team of project engineers, supervisors and planners.
  • Negotiation, management, reporting and governance across allocated projects.
  • Oversight and control over project budgets, scheduling and progress.
  • Point of escalation for any complex issues arising during the delivery stages of projects.
  • Maintaining a professional relationship with all project stakeholders including customers, consultants, contractors, suppliers, and planning authorities.
  • Ensuring all documentation is up to date and risks are reported, escalated and / or mitigated.
  • Complying with and driving continuous improvement across workplace and safety obligations.
  • Motivating team members and service providers, fostering development, and driving productivity.

What you'll need to be successful:

  • Tertiary Qualification
  • Strong interpersonal skills, including negotiation and liaison
  • Experience working in projects for Water Authorities within Brisbane Metropolitan, preferred
