About the Job


As a Job Match Coordinator you will use your relationship management skills to assist the broader Employer Engagement Partner team to match clients to appropriate and meaningful employment opportunities.

You will use your communication skills to provide a high level of service to meet the needs of employers, peers and clients.

This role will be based at our Rocklea site but is region based and will also service the Browns Plains, Springwood and Mount Gravatt sites.

The successful applicant will be required to travel between sites when needed.

  • Promote Matchworks services to all prospective employers and follow up on vacancy outcomes
  • Communicate all vacancies using the internal database to attain referrals whilst account managing current Matchworks employers

Skills & Experience


We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic
Job Match Coordinator who can provide a high level of customer service and engagement to match our current jobseekers to vacancies with a range of our employers across the Brisbane South East Matchworks region.

This position is suited to a go-getter who has highly developed interpersonal and customer service skills and demonstrated professionalism, attention to detail and an ability to engage and influence.


  • Proven ability to build rapport and maintain effective relationships with clients, peers and relevant agencies
  • Ability to assess labour market demand and supply and build strategies to address this
  • Ability to work within stringent KPI's and demonstrated experience in exceeding targets
  • Proven ability to manage time and workloads effectively to business priorities in a challenging environment
  • Previous recruitment agency or labour hire experience not essential but highly desirable
  • Hold a NDIS Worker screening check or are willing to obtain one
