AUSTCORP is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to join our customers busy Line Marking company. As the Operations Manager, you'll be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of business, ensuring that customers needs are met in a timely and efficient manner.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the scheduling and coordination of jobs between our sales team and line marking crews
  • Oversee the implementation of safety protocols and compliance with industry regulations
  • Analyze and optimize operational processes to increase efficiency and reduce costs
  • Communicate closely with customers, ensuring their needs are met and they receive excellent service
  • Manage a team of line marking crews, providing guidance, training and support as needed
  • Overseeing day to day operations
  • Overseeing end of month invoices and reporting.
  • Previous experience preparing and submitting tenders

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience working in operations management for a line marking company or related industry
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to analyze and solve problems, adjusting operational processes as needed
  • Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and customers alike
