Reporting to the Regional Managing Director based in Japan, you will have ownership and accountability for the growth of the Australian market.

The Role

  • Growth:
    Exceptionally successful local operations, together with an internationally proven and unique strategic approach, will assist you to achieve the company's growth plans.

    You will enjoy responsibility for the focus, design and success of the company's strategic and operational business objectives in the Asia Pacific region.

    You will utilise the company's internationally acknowledged expertise in operations, human resource, teamwork and relationship building to ensure the best possible platform for success.

What will you bring?

  • Significant experience in strategic planning for genuine competitive advantage in both company owned and 3rd party party logistics services.
  • Proven achievement of collaborative win/win operational and financial initiatives.
  • A sound knowledge of the benefits of technology in an industry dependent on measurement, management and productivity.
  • Ability to onboard, train and successfully develop human resources capable of delivering collaborative and profitable financial, operational, and administrative results.
  • Commercial acumen and an eye for strategic alliances and opportunities.
  • An instinct for innovation, and knowledge of progressive trends.
  • A leadership mindset based on empowerment, individual and team success, and structured collaboration with all stakeholders.
