We currently have a fantastic opportunity to join our team as a Casual Admissions Host across our three Darling Harbour Attractions.

About the Role

Reporting to the Admissions Leadership team, you will be responsible for delivering incredible guest experience, quality service with guest satisfaction with a focus on fun

Our Admissions Hosts are the face of our business and the first point of contact when our guests visit our amazing Darling Harbour attractions, who's duties include greeting all guests warmly and with enthusiasm, as well as providing all our guests with the best possible deals on tickets and experiences. Admissions Hosts are responsible for checking tickets and getting guests excited to enter SEA LIFE, WILD LIFE, and Madame Tussauds Sydney, helping guests with questions relating to all things Sydney, and supporting Merlin's health and safety measures, which includes monitoring social distancing and building capacities.

About You

The ideal candidate will have a passion for guest experience with a focus on keeping it fun Ideally you will have a high attention to detail and be driven by delivering the best product to our guest, whilst in a fast-paced environment.
