We currently have a fantastic opportunity to join our team for the upcoming Easter Period as a Casual Admissions Host for our Darling Harbour Attractions.

As we gear up for Easter, we are seeking individuals with full availability during the NSW School Holiday period, including public holidays, weekdays, and weekends.

In addition, there is also the opportunity for exceptional individuals to join our team year-round at the conclusion of the holidays.

**About the Role**
Reporting to the Admissions Assistant Manager, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality service with guest satisfaction as the focus. Our Admissions Hosts are the face of our business and the first point of contact when our guests visit our amazing Darling Harbour attractions.

Your duties include, but are not limited to:
Greeting all guests warmly and with a smile.
Providing them with the best possible deals on tickets and experiences.
Crowd management in both indoor and outdoor setting exposed to weather conditions.
Checking tickets and getting guests excited to enter our attractions.
Acting as an ambassador not only for the Merlin attractions but also for the city as a whole, helping guests with questions related to all things Sydney.
Our Admissions Hosts also support Merlin's health and safety measures, which include monitoring social distancing and building capacities.

**About You**
To excel in this role, you should ideally have strong communication skills and experience in customer service. A passion for working in the tourism/attraction industry is essential.
You should also have:
A fun, dynamic, and friendly personality.
Self-motivation, with the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
A desire to work in fast-paced environments.
