An exciting opportunity has become available for a number of ICT Support Assistants to join our growing Client Support team within ICT Services.
You will join a friendly, fast-paced and collaborative team of experienced professionals who are committed to providing client-focused services and support to students and employees.
What you will do?
Reporting to the Client Support Team Leader, you will play a key role in frontline service delivery and will provide first-level support to resolve ICT-related enquiries in a timely and professional manner
In particular, you will:
- Escalate client issues to higher level support where required and keep clients informed of actions, including delays in quoted resolution timeframes; and
- Report emerging issues to the Client Support Team Leaders.

Key to your success in this role will be your passion to provide quality customer service combined with your interest in and understanding of ICT services.
Together with your relevant qualifications and experience, you will possess excellent communication, analytical and problem-solving skills which enable you to contribute positively to a team environment and achieve positive outcomes for clients.

Total remuneration range $77,874 to $82,724 pa (includes salary range of $65,800 to $69,898 pa, employer super contributions of 17% and annual leave loading)
